Adult-Only & Guest Experience
Q: What does “21+ adult-only” mean?
Our park welcomes guests age 21 and older only. This ensures a peaceful, upscale environment for adults seeking relaxation in the Hill Country.
Q: Are children or pets allowed?
Children are not permitted due to our adult-only policy.
Pets are welcome, but we ask that they remain leashed and under control at all times.
Safety & Park Guidelines
Q: Are there quiet hours?
Yes. To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
Q: Are campfires allowed?
We do not allow traditional campfires due to the ongoing burn ban in the area. We are committed to keeping our beautiful oak trees free from any outside contaminants and protecting our natural environment.
However, you are welcome to use propane fire pits and charcoal for grilling to enjoy outdoor cooking and gatherings during your stay.
Q: What should I do if I need assistance during my stay?
Our team is available during office hours to assist with any needs. After hours, please use the contact information provided at check-in for emergencies.

Q: Do you have electrical options for all RVs?
Yes. All full-hookup sites offer both 30 and 50 amp electrical connections.

Dump stations are available on site for registered guests.
Yes. This property operated for more than 45 years as the Fredericksburg, Texas KOA. In 2021, we became independently owned and rebranded as Bending Oaks Ranch RV Park. Today, we operate as a 21+ adult-only RV park, offering a more upscale, peaceful experience in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.
Spring (March-May) and fall (September-November) offer the most comfortable weather for hiking and outdoor exploration. Summers can be hot, but early morning hikes are still enjoyable. Winter is mild and perfect for wine tasting and shopping.
